Every Charwelln™ order is prepared with care to ensure quality and safe delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.

This includes:

  • Order verification
  • Product inspection
  • Protective packaging preparation

High-Volume Seasons

During holidays, promotional events, or peak shopping periods, processing times may extend to approximately 5 business days.

Shipping Fee

We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD on all orders.


2. Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Important Tracking Notes

  • Tracking activity may require 1–3 business days to update after shipment creation
  • Delayed tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a lost package
  • Packages may still be actively moving through carrier networks while awaiting scan updates

4. Customs Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to local customs procedures.

Orders are generally shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms, meaning:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • Charwelln™ is not responsible for customs-related delivery delays
  • Fees vary depending on local regulations and destination country requirements

For most small home décor items, additional import fees are uncommon, though policies differ internationally.


5. Order Changes & Cancellation Requests

We begin preparing orders shortly after purchase to maintain efficient fulfillment.

If you need to:

  • Update your shipping address
  • Correct order details
  • Request a cancellation

Once processing has officially begun, modifications or cancellations may no longer be available.


6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during transit:

  • Please email us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 72 hours of delivery
  • Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement solution

Lost Shipments

If a package is officially confirmed lost by the shipping carrier:

  • We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost
